1. Scope of Service

Vibly Compass Marine Systems Ltd. grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and utilize the 3D Yacht Customization Configurator available on viblycompass.store for personal or commercial preliminary vessel design.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All marine CAD layouts, modular patents, titanium-locking system schematics, brand assets, images, and software rendering algorithms displayed on this site are the exclusive property of Vibly Compass Marine Systems Ltd.

3. Quotations & Technical Estimates

All pricing metrics generated inside the digital configurator are preliminary estimations subject to official engineering review, classification society validation (e.g. Lloyd's Register), and bespoke contract execution.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the United Kingdom and relevant international maritime law guidelines.
